Getting started
- Enter the driver area and complete the required details and checks. Review your profile status: registration alone does not mean activation.
- Check your city, location and vehicle details. Keep passenger capacity, luggage space and any accessible equipment accurate.
- Set availability to reflect your situation. Read the pickup, destination and passenger needs before accepting a request.
- Follow the ride status in the app and update availability when you finish or stop working.
A clear meeting point
Agree on a precise reference: terminal and level at an airport, station side or hospital entrance. Guide map points are references and do not certify authorised taxi ranks or stopping areas.
Contact and feedback
When reporting an issue, name the page or step and describe the problem. Avoid sending passwords or other users’ personal details.
