Before opening the app, identify a precise pickup point and the entrance to your destination. Rome A–Z is especially useful for airports, stations and large hospitals.
Getting started
- Choose your city and language in the app. If you use your phone’s location, still check the point identified on the map.
- Enter pickup and destination and select the correct result. Check the street, building number and municipality; include an entrance reference when needed.
- Check available passenger, luggage and vehicle options. For accessibility needs, check that the vehicle and assistance suit your journey.
- Read the request outcome and the status shown in the app. Sending a request alone does not confirm a ride.
Choose the right entrance
At Fiumicino, distinguish the terminal and Arrivals or Departures level. At Termini and Tiburtina, specify the station side. At hospitals, distinguish the main entrance, outpatient clinics and emergency department. See the guides below.
